Young Marrieds – This group is being formed to meet the special needs of newly and young married couples. Jim & Connie have two “okay” daughters, two fabulous sons-in-law, and three terrific grandchildren. They have a heart to challenge young couples to become closer to God first and then to each other. God’s Word, relationships (with each other and those outside), and being on mission are important components for this group. Childcare provided on an as needed basis.

 

Steve & Lauren Garcia — 361.991.0902 — Sunday, 5:30pm

Steve, the worship guy at Oso Creek, and his wife Lauren moved to Corpus Christi from San Antonio, and are loving every minute. They have one son, Benjamin. Their group is open to anyone who wants to come. The Garcias’ group is a “serving” life group. They spend one Sunday a month with their group serving the community in some way. Children are welcome and involved in the serving opportunity as well.

Tim, a CPA, and Audie, our Children’s Pastor, have been married over 25 years and have one son, one daughter, son-in-law & grandaughter. This group is made up of adults, both singles and couples. Children of all ages are welcome. This group begins it’s time together with a meal.

Aaron and Hollie are recent Navy transplants to the area. Born and raised in East Texas, Aaron works as a flight instructor with VT-28. In his spare time he enjoys reading, fishing, hunting, and working on his house. Hollie, a native Oklahoman, is a recent graduate of Biola University’s School of Intercultural Studies Master’s program. She enjoys reading, traveling, baking, watching her husband fish, and loving others. They gave birth to their first child, Sam, in early October. Open to all ages and kids are welcome.

Nathan, a chiropractor, and Kim, a stay-at-home mom, have two young children, Lauren and Nevin. They meet on Wed. nights at various locations. Children are welcome. Please call for the next week’s location.
